Delete My Account – Eshtarit

If you would like to delete your Eshtarit account and associated personal data, you can submit a deletion request using the instructions below.

How to request account deletion

To request deletion of your account, please send an email to:

From the same email address that is linked to your Eshtarit account and include the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Your registered mobile number

  • Your registered email address (if any)

  • A clear statement that you want to delete your Eshtarit account

Example:
“I would like to permanently delete my Eshtarit account and all associated personal data.”

What happens when we delete your account?

When your request is confirmed:

  • Your Eshtarit account will be permanently deleted

  • You will no longer be able to log in or see your order history in the app

  • We may keep some information that is legally required (such as invoices or tax records)

How long does it take?

We aim to process all account deletion requests within 30 days.
If we need more information to verify your identity, we will contact you on the same email address you used in your request.
